Ingrid Schmidt and Mimi Perez are a powerful team that for over twenty years have successfully collaborated on various projects on the island and abroad. Taking advantage of the market opportunities in 2015, they decided to utilize their business acumen and created 787Lifestyle.

Ingrid is a forward looking banking leader whose strengths includes commercial and residential financing, revamping underperforming products, business and pricing strategies, net worth client pipelines, and administrative skills.

On the other hand, Mimi is a highly pragmatic problem solver and a natural entrepreneur that has taken her throughout many successful start-ups. She has been on the consulting side for over 7 years and lived all over the globe, giving her a wide perspective towards diverse market realities. With the combination of these two dynamic and highly competitive professionals you will have all you need in one place.

Recently joins us Jose E. Perez.

Jose is an experienced mortgage servicing professional having occupied management positions in Loss Mitigation, Valuations and Escrow Administration at a large commercial bank in Puerto Rico. He also has extensive REO and Asset Management experience having directed two of the largest REO disposition companies in the Island.
